All staff members of Little Blossoms are recruited through our Safer Recruitment hiring system. Each staff member has a valid DBS and is checked regularly through the update system.
Staff members hold qualifications from Apprentice to Level 3 and are able to access training to expand and develop their own skills and knowledge whilst providing the best care and opportunities for our children.
Little Blossoms utilizes a Key Worker systems in which your child has a specific member of staff to help them grow safely and with confidence with us, their Key Worker getting to know them and creating a strong bond. Your child will be linked with a Key Worker on starting with us based on their initial levels of development and personality with aims of finding the perfect match.
Hello, my name is Kim Mitchell. I am the owner of Little Blossoms Nursery. I am also a registered childminder, with an outstanding setting in Fletton. I have over 25 years experience, loving every minute of seeing children grow and achieve. I have my NVQ level 3, my first aid certificate, my safeguarding certificate, and so many more to add to the list. I am a hands on owner, and happy to help when and where needed.Angela is our Manager for Little Blossoms with over 20 years experience. Angie has Level 5 qualification in leadership and management. She is also Level 3 in Childcare and Development and now training for her Level 5 in Childcare and Development. Angie is 1st Aid trained . Angela is the settings Designated lead Safeguard.
Jade is our Deputy Manager with over 10 years experience. Jade is Level 4 qualified in childcare and development. Jade is 1st aid trained . Jade is our Designated lead Safeguard and setting SENCO.Charlotte is our deputy manager. She has over 10 years of experience, working with children 3 months to 5 years. She is passionate about boosting children’s love of reading and literacy. I enjoy baking , and I bring that to work. Charlotte is on Mat Leave at the moment. Angel is our Baby Room Leader. Angel has level 3 in childcare and development. Angel is 1st aid trained. Angel has done many training courses e.g. safeguarding, understanding the EYFS and many more.Mel is level 2 qualified and doing her level 3 qualification/ Mel is 1st aid trained and has many other training programs under her beltSamantha is a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, Sam is also 1st aid trained and has done many other training programs with in the setting.Gina is Level 3 qualified and has 1st aid training along with many other qualifications within the childcare industry.Katie is our level 3 apprentice having already achieved her Level 2. She has done many training programs with us and is also 1st aid trained
Kelsey is our apprentice and is currently studying for her Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Development. Kelsey has safeguarding training and is 1st aid trained also.
